Smoking at public places is prohibited but none seem to be afraid of this as numberless people at bus stop, parks, pavements smoke openly and no one dare to stop them. Comment.

Yes you are right. This law is written but yet not implemented. Because they know that the most people are addicted and it is not possible to take action on majority. Most people are ignorant about this law too. They have to make them aware about this law and the cause. Then only it will come more effective.

Theya re doing so because no one dears to ask them or no one took the strong step to ask the police that the person is breaking the rule.
But if tow three person object then it will always good as other person may not dear to do it again.
