Alam Ara , the first talkie movie produced by Imperial Movie tone, Bombay was released on 14th March, 1931 ata Majestic Cinema, Girgaon, Mumbai. The Film was starred Privithviraj Kapoor, Zubeida, Master Vithal, Zilo and Wazir Mohd Khan. The Film had 7 songs and the music direcotr was Firozeshah M. Mistri.
