Pakistan today claimed that Jammu and Kashmir has never been an "integral part" of India and sought a UN-led plebiscite to determine the will of the Kashmiri people,- Is this problem is caused by the Indian leaders wobbling with Article 370 ,The United Front government's minimum programme, published on June 5, 1996, said "respecting Article 370 of the Constitution as well as the wishes of the people, the problems of Jammu and Kashmir will be resolved through giving the people of that State t he maximum degree of autonomy.-What do U say ?

We should not say anything on this as this is a matter of National Security, and very senior Defence and Political Leaders are already fully aware of the subject. What I feel is that we should keep ourselves away from such issues. Please don't mind, it doesn't mean that we can't say anything on this but our silence also sometimes speaks louder. Let the elected representatives of our country sort this out without wasting time and concentrating on less important issues.

It is the pakistan's line of tinking since 1947, and India missed the bust in 1971, had Mrs Indiragandhi insisted that bhutto sign this agreement also in lieu of releasing the POWs, he would have signed and India would have been a trouble free country
