First, you have to be more specific when you are asking about 3D technology. There are 2 kinds of 3D technology, namely active and passive. Passive is FPR (film pattern retarder) and active is SG (shutter glasses). Unlike SG, FPR glasses do not give eye fatigue and are much more comfortable. LG Cinema 3D Smart TVs are renowned for passive technology and a lot of brands are shifting their 3D technology to FPR.
