The first step in the best way to burn fat is to reduce caloric intake, and, in order to reduce calories in the diet, begin by implementing both smart and obvious substitutions, such as drinking water in place of carbonated beverages like highly caloric sodas. You can also choose to drink herbal or green teas in place of highly processed snacks.

Try to limit your intake of high carbohydrate foods, and eliminate or curtail your alcohol consumption. Use low calories alternatives whenever possible, such as substituting frozen yogurt or sorbet for ice cream.

Be sure to read the actual ingredient labels, as claims on the front of a package may not tell the whole story. Make a point of not eating past 7pm in the evening , as this represents the time when metabolism normally begin to slow down in preparation for sleep. Always drink water before, during and after exercise, as well as with meals, so that you eliminate the urge to overeat.

Understanding the best way to burn fat starts with some basic facts about how your body gets its energy:
The body primarily uses fat and carbs for fuel. A small amount of protein is used during exercise, but it's mainly used to repair the muscles after exercise. The ratio of these fuels will shift depending on the activity you're doing.
For higher intensity exercise, such as fast-paced running, the body will rely more on carbs for fuel than fat. That's because the metabolic pathways available to break down carbs for energy are more efficient than the pathways available for fat breakdown. For long, slower exercise, fat is used more for energy than carbs. When it comes to weight loss, it doesn't matter what type of fuel you use. What matters is how many calories you burn as opposed to how many calories you take in.This is a very simplified look at energy with a solid take-home message. When it comes to weight loss, what matters is burning more calories, not necessarily using more fat ...more

Why take the violent method of burning? Better hold a fat donation camp in the line of blood donation camp and let the skinny people get some capital.

Make a candle out of it and burn it or better still put it in burning fire. Seriously burning body fat requires grit and determination. The first aim is to boost your metabolism. that can be done by rigrous and dailly excercise routine. Secondly have one type of food group at a time. don't eat Dal Chawal together cause it is mixing protiens with carbohydrates, deadly combination, eat chawal, sabzi, etc, thirdly in summers tolerate a bit of heat and in winters a bit cool environment will burn more calories. Eat small portion of meals and avoide afternoon naps. May God be with u.

Exercise is the best way. Eat healthily in the first place so you don't put on weight because it's easier to gain weight than to burn fat.
