HI!if you have a cold & congestion due to it take steam inhalation.Have turmeric boiled in milk or ginger tea.Taking a multivitamin or Vitamin C tablet will also help.

Golgappe aur pani puri with hot chilly powder is best remedy for cold.taking tablet is not a solution,otherwise it might become a sinus problem

Hi, if you have a cold or running nose take OTRIVIN-O Nasal drops for running nose and for cold please
take cold act or citrizen. otherwise in boiled milk mix turmeric powder and pepper powder and teke twice a day.
