Veggies can eat soy protein. In fact, they are not only a good replacement; they have better health benefits, because they are not high in saturated fat as meat.

Textured soy protein is best replacement for meat..It has the texture and mouthfeel near about meat products...moreover it comes in variety of shapes and sizes such as chunks, granules, pea size etc..
Protein content is 50-55%, with about 1-1.5% fat content..even non-vegeterians with cholesterol problem can have it, mixed with some meat. after being coocked with meat in a proper it is 80% similor in its sensory attributes to meat..
so enjoy SOYA
