I have Rs. 4 Lac spare with me. I am planning to purchase my home by mid of next year. Till the time I like to invest those money in such a way that I can earn maximum benefits & I can withdraw anytime after 1 year. Any one suggest me where to invest?

Invest it in Post Office term deposit scheme, where you get a reasonable interest and security for the sum you invest...!

Invest securely.............................those money are valueale......you can go for FD,,,FMPs ...............Gilt funds............anything which will give assured return in short term
