With rapid technological advancements and fast changing economic and global scenario : huge potential in various careers have opened up. There is a near endless list of opportunities our youth must cash upon. But what is more important is quality in education systems, quality products from the institutes. Unfortunately commercialized approach has made this into a money minting profession. Vocational Courses and rigorous training programmes through high quality, devouted and dedicated teachers & instituteswill bring the desired and wonderful results transforming India . We need to think & act
You have presented a serious issue which worries all educationists. The most important contributor for good education is TEACHER. A good teacher is a scarse commodity now. The large increse in emoluments have not provided good teachers. Formerly, it was for the love of the profession, teachers undertook this job. Now it's the emoluments which attract people (for this), whose interest , vision and commitment are far less. Unlike other profession, the harm for future generation and nation is enormous. We have to "catch them young and train" to improve the situation. Other things will fall in line, once good teachers are provided.
