Look India is not like USA where the system gives maximum powers to the President. In India the ruling party (or group of parties) are collectively responsible for governance of the country. PM is head of the govt but he cannot take decisions unilaterally all by himself though Constitution gives PM great powers like making a cabinet of his own choice. PM consults the Party Chief on all matters and also the core committee of the party. Whether it is Dr. Man Mohan Singh or Atal Bihari Vajpai... PM is as 'proper' as the ruling party (or group of parties) will make them to be. This is Parliamentary Democracy.

I think the time has come when a 'life saving drug' is required as far as crime and corruption are concerned in our country and for this he is certainly not capable because of whatsoever be the reason. To day we are lacking a leader in our country. All around we have great selfish politicians.Let us pray to God for some one.
