When they are out of power, they make all kind of right promises. But once in power, they are not allowed to implement those promises. They have to toe the line of Military and ISI who are thoroughly anti India.

True Blue Pakistani politician...
they survive on these efforts of terrorism
and keep alive as a shield...the Kashmir issue...
so no chance of any change for the better...
no chance of bringing the culprits to book !
