The Dwarf pygmy goby is the smallest known freshwater fish. Its scientifc name is Pandaka Pygmaea. It is colourless and nearly transparent and is found in the streams and lakes of Luzon in the Phillipines. It measures between 0.28 to 0.38 inches in length.
