In all these 3 words, presence of ... 'nayan' (in mrignayan), 'aaksh' (in Meenaakshi) and 'lochan' (in Sulochana) indicate that these three words refer to EYES. Nayan, Aaksh and Lochan are synonyms of eyes in Sanskrit.

Mrignayanee -- shaving soft and lovely eyes like that of a deer
Meenakshi -- having charming eyes like that of fish
Sulochana -- having su means sundar lochan i.e. eyes -sundar
aankhein

These are a adjectives for the ladies having beautyful and charming eyes.
