Neville Tuli is an Indian writer, art connoisseur and founder member of the annual Osian\'s Cinefan Festival of Asian and Arab Cinema, which started in 1999 in New Delhi, India. The son of a pharmacist, Tuli was born and brought up in England. He lived in London for 32 years before moving to India. In 2000, Tuli set up Osian Foundation, India\'s first art auction house, which has produced art catalogues that have spurred an interest in Indian art around the world!!
