Will Google OS offer stiff competition to Microsoft?

A lot depends on how they (Google) develop the product. The Microsoft Windows has been an operating system of home across masses since two decade. Thus, Google doesn\'t scores easy going while developing the operating system, while keeping Windows in mind and that too to be kept abreast. This was all commercial perspective.
Whereas, the technical engineering and implementation has to decide on functional front as well.

I dont think so ,becoz microsoft is launching widows 7 version.google chrome is not that good too
