Yes, he deserves a fair trial.he is only a puppet in teh hands of the leader. It is only the master mind behind who should be dealt with in a different manner..Spare not the leader...catch him first, and let qasab have a face to face talk with the leader.Watch Kasab giving the leader the punishment and do teh same to Kasab.

He should be shot in the head, and the whole episode should be telecasted globally. so whoever wherever is planning anything against the peace of india will get a lesson.

but before shooting, all details of his bis bosses should be extracted from him,, so that we can do the same to them also..

I do believe that he desreves a fair trail.... it doesnot reduces the intensity of the crime he did... but in turn all the others who are involved in such kind of horendous crime might get time to think as to what they are into and how there advantage is taken...

I think the century against Pakistan in kolkatta 1998 when he had a back injury is his best. I rate that best because of kind of pressure the match had as it was against pakistan

We should give him a fair trail immediately, otherwise their might be lot of doubts in the common public, if he really terrorists then after the judgement he should be hanged untill death, if he did not giv e trial, then their may be a chance of doubts on his killing.
