Mustard is cultivated commercially in north, may be becoz of environmental factors. it has a typical flavour and for that one has to be used to it. those who use mustard oil don't like other oils. Sunita Narain of CSE,recently spoke on refined oils, concluding that mustard oil (cold press) is the best oil for our heart !
