Going by the no of Mercedes brought - Kolhapur and Aurangabad in Maharashtra top the list!!
In general all rural districts are doing very well for many reasons -
1. Irrigation projects have resulted in multiple crops per year !
2. Milk , foodgrain and sugarcane are yielding bumper returns - TAX FREE !!
3. Even in areas with low rainfall - prosperity has been generated - OIL in Rajasthan, ORE in Karnataka, MINERALS in Orissa, STONE in Andhra - list is endless !!
4. Matter of factly taxes collected in Urban areas are being used to finance prosperity in the rural area, which with so many politicians does not cotribute even 10 % to tax collection !!
Yeh Mera India !! I love my INDIA !!
