Old song was not the imitation od western music. it was made out of our music concept. so it is still alive

You have specified everything . Moreover, excellent acting is can also be included in the list. It may be of any music, yester year music is great. No one can match those prize worthy songs. it may be of the great Saigal singing Soja rajkumari Soja, or ek bhangale bane nara or Noor Jahan singing Awaz de Kahan hai or Suraiya singing Tu mere chandini , the list is endless. Rafi, Mukesh, Kishore, Hemant Kumar, Talat , Manna Dey , Mahendra Kapoor singing for actors of repute. like wise, Noor Jahan, Suraiya, Lata, Asha, Suman Kalyanpur etc , the music directors or repute like Naushad, Shankar Jaikishan, Madan Mohan, Roshan, Salil Chowdhry, Ravi and ofcourse, O.P.Nayyar , the father and the son duo S.D. and R.D. Burman memorised the music all over the world with mesmorising tune. The same way, the lyrist like Sahir Ludhyanvi, Shailendra, Hasrat Jaipuri, Bharat Vyas , Pradeep etc with writing made the song beautiful.
