Will an American FAA-certified Commercial Pilot fly in India as a commercial pilot. If not then which schools in the USA will Indian government certifies.

Flight Safety Pilot Licenses are well respected & recognized world-wide for their high training standard. Meets international standards, in accordance with regulations of the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) and the Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Government of India.
I think that before allowing a Pilot to fly in India he need to pass a
1) Medical examination will have to be undertaken by D.G.C.A (Director General of Civil Aviation) approved Doctor. or at " India Air force Central Medical Establishment" New Delhi.
2) Exam conducted by DGCA.
