It has been established that our breathing and our tension and stress in mind are interconnected . If we are tense we breath hurriedly in short spells thus starving oxygen needed to the body . So first thing is to take deep breathe slowly and breathe out slowly ( about 16 seconds per cycle ). Bring back the mind and feel the cool air passing through nostrils and the hot air coming out . Be totally aware on breathing . When awareness steps in mind goes out as they both can not exist together .When mind is active it means awareness is totally absent . Concentrate the awareness on breathing and do it as long as one feels the tension being released . This is the easiest exercise anyone can follow at times of stress .

Stop thinking and pray to almighty that " please solve my problem, you are every thing of mine". And go to sleep. Believe that what does happen God is there for me.
