Der isn't any buzz in India dis tme arnd.V aren't evn hoping 4 any medals dis tme arnd.As usual we'll b satisfied wth a consolatory bronze model in just 1 or 2 sports.It's a shame dat wth ovr 1 billion ppl, dat's all V can hope 2 achieve.China 4 instance,wins numerous medals virtually evry Olympics without fail n dey r evn mre poupulated der V were.If dey can do it,Y can't V?V hve d brains n d talents.Mre emphasis shld b put on other disciplines,I hpe dey manage 2 surpise India n d rest of d world n pick up a handful of medals.If in no other sports den in tennis,shooting,snooker atleast.

The problem with Indians is they do not take sports seriously. They will emulate people from other countries in everything else but in sports. Schools are the places where they can develop interest in sports, but the schools itself are lackadaisical about sports. We do not have playgrounds. We do not have equipment. We do not have trainers and coaches. In fact, we do not have the infrastructure to develop sports culture.
