Why Judges get vacation holidays, as they are also considered as Govt. servants, why not to Govt. servants, except teachers get vacation holidays?

Coz government thinks that they are their servants.. they dnt need any kind of rest in life.. they dnt want to be enjoy as others...

Durin the British Rule in India Judges were mostly the British , they used to visit their home land during scorching Sun on vocation , this came in vogue and staying on.
