You know Rachana...the image of the lover/loving partner is best carried in the heart,in 'zehan' 24*7...wo kehte hain na..."dil mein chhupa ke rakhi hai, tasveer yaar ki....nigaah jhukaayi, aur ji bhar ke dekh li"....he resides, right inside of me...mujhe ek baat kahi jaati thi....aaj mujhe wo iss sawal ko padh kar yaad aayi...ki..."rooh ki gehraaiyaon ko tatola nahi jaata...har waqt kisi ki yaad ko taula nahi jaata....jis jism mein rooh ban ke aashiq base...us jism ko kabhi jism bola nahi jaata"...hamaare to rom rom mein ,har nas mein, unka hi padaav hai....to bhala tasveerein kya kar paayeingeen...but I do see some memorable ones, which were clicked together, when I miss the person and want to relive those moments....although there are a lot many songs on tasveer, chitra and chehra...one is close to my heart...koi bahut well known gaana nahi hai...par ismein ek depth hai...jo mujhe appeal karti hai....

Chehara Kya Dekhate Ho ( Dil Mein Utar Ke Dekho Na )

Yes, I have, but certainly not among any one of the options in your question, Rachana. I have kept her in the novel of mutual likings viz. ``Gone With The Wind``. Why so? Because it has some sentimental touches as this was the book I had used to pass my first LL addressing to ``Scarlett O`Hara`` as if it was written by none other than Rhett Butler. She accepted the book while giving me an acknowledging smile in canteen and left the table with her group of friends. None among the peer team detected anything wrong, as it was a common practice of exchanging recommended novels/collection of poems/essays/non-fictions with each other in university premises. I remember my spending next two nights in sleepless fashion as I had become very emotional and anxious too. Well, to drive the cart on the route of your question, all I would love to say here that in those lovely blooming days, that novel became significant for two lovely hearts (yaar mera heart lovely hai, bilkul) and when, in later stag ...more

What a lovely song...my favorite of KJY's Hindi songs. I do keep photographs of my hubby and my daughter always in my wallet, in my lappy, album....not because I can see them whenever I want, but because I can use it for emergencies like submitting some documents on the spot. Their images are safely imprinted in my heart, where the color and quality won't fade and they are always with me, so I don't feel like seeing them in photos kept in my wallet.
Some songs which I like on 'Taswir'/'Chehre':
1. Taswir teri dil mein from film 'Maya'
2. Taswwir banata hoon by Talat Mahmood, I don't know the film
3. Teri taswir bhi tujh jaise from film "Kinare Kinare"
4. Mein taswir utarta hoom
5. Dekhiye jis tarah humko tumse pyaar hai...har tarah tumhari taswir hai
6. Teri soorat se nahin milti from film "Ziddi"
7. Chehra hai ya chand from film "Saagar"
8. Title song of What's your rashee "Chehre jo dekhe hai" ...more

2. Chehra hai ya chaand khila hai
