Add 1000 ppm of sodium benzoate, carbon dioxide treatment, and adding 30 milligrams of vitamin C per fluid ounce of juice. it will be ok for 38 weeks at 70 F. and 40% RH.

First, squeeze all the lemons. Then you must boil the juice, let it stand to cool, then pour it into sterilized glass bottles or jars that seal to be air-tight (so jam jars work well). This will last a long time. But remember everything has to be sterilized with boiling water in order to ensure that it lasts.
