My elder sister had a baby boy 2 yrs ago. She has managed to get rid of all weight except the arms. She has asked me to put the question here & see if any member can help or suggest some useful tip / exercise to get rid of the fat on arms ?

Hi! her arms are the area where her body stores most fat & therefore the last place it will disappear from. To lose the flab she should do a combination of cardiovascular exercise (walk/run/cycle/swim/do aerobcis 5-6 days a week for 45 minutes at a brisk pace) & resistance exercises for the arms like Triceps Dips, Overhead Triceps extensions, Overhead Shoulder Press & Bicep Curls. She would need to use a 3 kilo pair of dumbbells approximately & do 2 sets 12-16 repetitions of each exercise thrice a week.
She must also cut down her fat intake.

Practise dumbells with both the hands, the extra fat will turn to be strong muscles.
