Which is the best Tv serial - is it a wrong question ? is it against q&a rule book ? how moderator accepted this and deleted from service?

This Question has neither violated nor deviated the Q&A guide lines, I am surprised as to how and what reason this has been deleted.
There are thousands of nonsensical question and answers which has been let scot free
