Animal proteins like chicken, beef, egg and meat are rich sources and plant proteins from beans like soya, pulses, nuts, whole and germinated legumes are good sources.
In the west a product called quorn is available its rich in protein and is made from mycoprotein which is a fungi that is low in fat.
Milk, cheese, panneer are also good sources of protein.
