Mr.Rajappa, building muscles requires a balance between your workouts and your dietary intake. Ensure that your diet comprises at least 15% proteins so that your body has enough raw materials to manufacture muscles. Some very good sources of proteins include dals, lentils, nuts, low-fat milk and milk products, eggs, lean meat like chicken, fish etc. Drink at least 2 to 2.5 litres of water (including fluids like coconut water, green tea, vegetable juices, soups etc) in a day. Consume 3-4 servings of proteins in a day. For more help with serving sizes and high-protein diet options, visit www.NutritionVista.com

Must have good coach/ expert, good workout and protein intake on a regular basis. If you are trained in a well equipped Gym then m sure of heaving good coach also. So here you need to concentrate on Diet. Increase more protein intake e.g take egg protean nearly 5to 10 boiled egg white(not the yolk) on a regular basis. use daily 4/5 banana with 1 or hail liter milk. This would give excellent result within one month, jus need to be serious. Incase need any info on workout pls mail me funky.raja@rediffmail.com
