Both but everybody don't get easily opportunity/facility to swim, but brisk walking anybody can do!!!

Swimming is always better because chances of injury to knee joints won't be there but the water should be clean enough otherwise chances of skin problem may crop up

Both but there is no risk in walk as i u have some problem like high BP or guiddiness type of then swimming can be fatal

Both walking and swimming have their advantages. Walking and swimming are excellent forms of exercise that will do your body good...It's hard to imagine an exercise that is more convenient than walking. All you need is a place to move your feet. You can even walk in place in your living room, but you can't swim in place in your bathtub. Walking is safe, simple and you've been doing it all your life. Brisk walking is a gentle, low-impact form of exercise, and you don't need to buy any equipment or find a pool to swim in. When it comes to convenience, walking is the clear winner.
