University of Pune (http://www.unipune.ac.in/university_files/academic_section.htm); Poona Institute of Management Sciences and Entrepreneurship (PIMSE) (http://www.akipimse.com/mcm_course.html) are Very famous for the MCM Cources.
If you want to stay in the IT field, then a MCM would be a better course than the MBA
