Dear sir, this is Rohit Sodhi and want to ask I am having Rs 650000/- housing loan from HDFC Bank & my EMI is Rs 6843/- I want to know that is it suggestable to repay the parlty loan.

You would need to check the loan agreement regarding the clauses of prepayment. Many banks permit partial prepayment towards home loan after a certain point of time, without levying prepayment penalty.
