With your given requirements it is way difficult to give a bike with stylish sporty looks and good mileage. With your budget you can go for Hero Honda CD Dawn which is priced at 34600 and TVS Star Sport which costs Rs. 35800. The mileage delivered by both the bikes is satisfactory and looks are average. CD Dawn needs lesser maintenance than TVS Star Sport.

Don't Go for TVS ... Other company's like Honda Shine or Hero Honda Splendor are good ...

Yamaha Crux, not stylish but has complete control over almost all types of roads and has least maintenance compared to the other bikes in India.
