Hi
i bought a property at pantnagar before 2 years , builder said to give possesion in same year but till now i am waiting for possetion.
now what should i do............... pls give me suggetion

If it is in writing send a legal notice through ur lawer

If builder is reputed, work is stil going on, if you have done agreement and checked all papers then I think there wouldn't be any problem. Check for all such things from his sight workers.
