He made the above income & property declaration to the Election Commissioner while filing the nomination papers to Rajya Sabha from Karnataka. Every political candidate does the same hypocritical declaration and he is not an exception. You cannot blame him alone. Why the government failed to enact stricter rules and why no deterrence for misleading or wrong information?
