Dear friend conversion of a petrol/diesel fuelled car is a difficult task.',
If you want to come up with this project you can do like this
one. Take an old electric fork lift of Macnaill, Toyoto or any make and dismantled all the parts
two. These fork lifts are operated at normally seventy-two volts batteries thirty-two cells
three. Remove electric DC motor of seventy-two volts
four. Remove Contactors and wiring
Now fit the batteries at safe possible position in your project car
Fit the DC motor before the differential and connect it through propeller shaft u joints
Connect the DC cables to Contactor switch through proper wiring

Once the batteries are charged the vehicle, may move for fifty to sixty kms. ...more
