Depends on the purpose of selection.
1. If it is for a job of specific talents/ skils in a particular field - d (specific to that field)
2. Select a model for a marketing campaign - a - Beauty
3. Select a person for job, seeking critical thinking and not a specific skill, example - Analytical job skills - Intellect
4. For friendship and relationship - Loving nature - A positive relationship is not for professional use, it's all about positive feelings for one another, it's all about loving and caring.

Muktha di I want some details about the subject person before giving any comment/choice. Is the person aged or young, male or female, and also the economic condition. Because from a tangawallah or rickhsaw puller all the options are not apparently gettable.

A billionair'es daughter and daughter of marginal farmer surely behave in different ways. A way ward young boy behave in a completely different way from a struggling brilliant student coming of a very modest economic background. A grand father / grand mother like person is more expected to be of loving nature than anything else.

So in order to answer your question I am assuming that the person is mature or past his/her adolescence and not so old and have a reasonable education and with whom we can consider regular interaction on urgent or casual basis. The person may be of either sex.

However the options given by you and the condition that I shall have to pick up only one is too difficult. I would have liked to see all t ...more
