IN SERVICE CLASS LIFE, MOST OF THE LIFE WILL GO ON CALCULATING & ADJUSTMENTS AND IT NEVER GIVE SATISFACTION. So is it better to do something our own than running away from risk taking ?

Yes, always own is better! Eli valai aanaalum thani valai nenum! means even if your establishment is of the size of a rat\'s hole, but you are happy it is special & is your own! You can triumph without taking risk! But you should be prepared to do all sort of job- from sweeper to the owner- that attitude must be there- unless you know all the jobs of your establishment, you cannot command respect from your employees. But remember, they are also huma being- treat them as you would like to be treated!
