Is australia a good place to study?pls give your views in context of quality of education and safety ........

I want to first discuss safety....
Australia is as safe as study as INdia. In India don't think ur brown skin and Indian passport makes u safe. We had cases where THOUSANDS of students who were identified as sympathetic towards Charu Majumdar's cause simply dissappeared and I am sure they didn't pack off and leave to Disneyland. Also in more recent times, in Indian campuses, there are scores of race and ethnic clashes. In colleges u saw pro TElengana students clash w/ pro Unified Andhra students. U even saw a boy who was painting a nude art in college beaten to a pulp by RSS goondas. And in our metro cities, u even saw normal college going Indians of mixed gender beaten and harassed by vigilante mobs who beat up and forced men to tie rakhis to their lovers. And when a college boy and college girl stay in a lodge together while doing an off station sabatical, they are raided by our own police and harassed as flesh trade participants.
