Having no clear majority as a ruling party of the nation, the head of which is crippled and dumb to speak on behalf of the Govt; which he does not fuly own. We must take lesson from his helplessness. He cannot roar like Anna who has enormous support, or can not declare a decision which Indira or Lal Bahdur Shastri could take.

You are absolutely wrong.
The distinction of being the most confused PM goes to Jawahar Lal Nehru.
He bungled up the Kashmir issue by taking it to UNO. So consfused he was that when the UNO advised for a plebiscite, a stunned Nehru applied Article 370 on Kashmir (hoping to appease Muslims there to favour India over Pakistan).
Then he tried to act as the 'world guru' by teaching the Chinese his brand of Five Principles of "peaceful Co-existence" or 'Panchsheel' .
It did not stop the Chinese to attack India in 1962, and our Ordnance factories were making horse saddles instead of weapons and ammo!!
So confused was Nehru that he created with Tito and Nasser the Non Aligned Movement (NAM) while openly sitting in the lap of USSR and for stopping China for further escalating the war of 1962, went to USA to seek President John F. Kennedy's intervention in the matter.
His brand of socialism was a bundle of confusion. It kept India holding a begging bowl until 1991. Remember PL-480 w ...more
