Chikku,
Pomegranate juice,
Apple milkshake,
Carrot (though not fruit) juice..

chikku is cheap and best .. it has good nutrients ..
Apple ofcourse good for heart and cancer.
Pomegranate for blood purification.
Sweetlime, orange for blood generation (Vitamin C)
Carrot, supply of protein (Boiled carrot possesses more protein than raw one) ...more
