ICICI prudential Insurance and pension schemes are not customer oriented it seems and they never bother to respond to the customers quires ,why Indian Postal department has tie up and promote them and suffer it's credibility ?

All govt agencies encluding postal deptt are henpacked to ministers and have not potent enough to say against wishes of those imposing nafarious trms,hence blame is on currupt system to accomodate for sub-standered services rther than quality .
Crisis ultimately is that of lack of CHRACTER-MAKING.
