For your motor vehicle you must choose a policy which has a tie up with your local garage otherwise getting a cashless claim would become troublesome. You must check the Insured Declared Value(IDV) of your vehicle and the premium amount before purchasing any plan. All company plans are good, but you must choose the plan which best suits your needs.
ICICI Lombard and Reliance General Insurance have very good claim settlement histories and easy to settle just over a phone call with minimal documentation. You can surely consider that.
