Irfan Pathan , at present has lost his rhythm in his bowling and once he gets it back and his batting as a bonus may surely return to the side. The selectors has given many opportunities before axing him.
Munaf Patel is an unpredictable bowler, who is dangerous at times and quite ordinary like his fielding at times. with the coming of many bowlers his place is in question mark. But if he improve his fielding and recapture his form and fitness he may be recalled.
Laximipathy Balaji is a bowler who gets breakthrough at important points. In the IPL his contribution in to CSK in getting rid of dangerous players is commendeble. He may get a call at any time if he is fit.

Irfan pathan : Lost his fire and has becomemore predictable bowler, he is not taking his cricket seriously ,he seems to be a satisfied person now , even in domestic games his performance is well below his talent. I don't think he deserves to be selected...Early success has gone to his head like how laxmansivarama Krishnan / Vinod Kambli self destructed their career.

Munaf Patel : He is being targeted for his laid back attitude in fielding, courtesy to commentators who spoiled his luminious career, he is very injury prone cricketer as well....Selection committee headed by K.Srikkant best knows why he is ignored or overlooked ...Its all lobby that works for or against any players.

L.Balaji after injury and changed action has lost the speed (Fire) though his passion for cricket is still intact ....In todays cricket bowlers are more targeted as ever before ..their action, variety, style and all minute details are under microscope and very well learned by all batsman across the world ...more

The other side of the coin is that Irfan and Yousuf Pathan, Munaf Patel are all from Gujrat and as long as Mr. Modi is in power there, there are very less posibilities for them to be included in the team. This is share game of politices. Laxmipati is out of rythem and also have poor selectors confidence.

Irfan Pathan :- success had gone to his head. thats all. nothing else. not taking his cricket seriously.
Munaf Patel :- once in a blue moon he shines, for international level one has to be consistant enough and he is somewhat injury prone. No body knows what is happening to him.
Balaji :- He is also the same way like Irfan , success gone to his head and after injuring himself, could not bowl like he has done before , for example in Pakisthan. Last but not the least if they take their cricketing career seriously, definately they can come to cricket team as all the three are very talented personalities, especially Irfan, he should avoid his ego problem and take cricket seriously. India needs allrounder like him. The other reason i think Greg Chappel made their cricketing career mess.
