Hi! Cardiovascular exercises offer maximum fat burn. Eg walking, swimming, cycling or aerobics 5-6 days a week for at least 30 minutes at a brisk pace. You will lose weight just with this but it will be slower than adding a diet plan.

Rigrous pranayam at least for half an hour twice daily but have less effect without controlling diet.

Why dont you focus on getting in shape than loosing weight do lots of exercise ,go to gym use there tradmill bicycle
