Yes. Yoga is a very good form of exercising with no side effects. Few yoga exercises to increase your height are as follows: Lie down straight on the floor. Let your body rest comfortably. Then slowly stretch your left foot in the direction of right and right foot in the direction of left. Do not stretch too hard. Then bring back your foot to the normal position. Now stretch your right foot towards right and left foot towards left, but follow the same guidelines while releasing. Another step is Forward Bend: To do this exercise stand straight with legs wide spread. Keep your hands up straight and then bend down forward and touch the floor with your hands, without breaking your knees, then return back to your original position.

Many people turn to YOGA to find solutions to their problems in increasing height. However Yoga does not guarantee 100% satisfaction in giving results, though many people believe that the stretch and release in the yogic exercises can result in increasing the height.

The fact about YOGA:

Yoga by its nature is a process that distributes energy to all the parts of the body and thus eases the body. Therefore yoga helps only in the working function of the body. This means that directly yoga cannot help you in increasing your height. However it does ease your body posture. What this means is that though yoga directly affects your height but it can actually affect your body posture in such a way that your body utilizes all the energy well and grow in height. Ofcourse if you generally stoop, yoga corrects your posture and makes you feel taller than you feel now.

This helps to increase the height of the individual.

Height increase can be availed with proper secretion of hormones for the growth of the body. Yoga accelerates the functions of the body in order to have better height of the individuals.
Exercises to Increase Height

Chakrasana (wheel pose) stretches the trunk region of the body thereby helps in elongation of the body from the stomach region.
It relaxes the stiff muscles of the back and the sides. Tadasana (Shoulder Stand) is another recommended asana for height increase.
