Hii Shiva, Lap means one complet round or completion of full strect of the length from starting to starting point and number of laps in the formula 1 racing will differ from circuit to circuit, mostly depends on the length of the track to cover a race distance of 300 kilometers approximately for each race. For example Monaco circuit length is 3.4 km and number of laps are 78 and take Monza circuit length is 5.79 km and number of laps is 53, and in Malaysian Grand prix the lengthe is 5.543km and number of laps are 58.
