According to me, the TATAs care for their employees the most. Recently, a young lady working for the Tatas died in London. They suffered from cancer for some time. They paid all the expenses for treatment, travel for her parents and two other relatives whose names the lady had given to them, for transferring her body to Goa and for all the expenses of the funeral. Top managers of Tatas in London also came to render any help required by the family.
In the Mumbai episode where terrorists targeted the hotel also, Tatas gave excellent compensation to those killed and injured in the incident.
Therefore, I feel that the TATAs are the best.

I would say the Tata group leads the pack by far with the great standards of employee care & attention to detail in their moving forward to higher positions in the company, I have seen it happening with many of the employees of the TCS & other Tata group companies that they have stuck to the company due to being well heard & taken care of which i feel is the most important factor in terms of employee care!!

In my view it is the TATAs.A cursory look on their annual report reveals the social responsibility they have taken up.Besides, the employees r well paid n well cared.
