In our country anyone can get licence, people like salman khan and many other people have done accidents but then also they r allowed to drive means means a person life is not that much expensive that licence, moral of the story is ki humare desh ke driving ke kanun ko srtict banane ki jarurat hai 10 rs mai bikane wale traffic policewale ko sochane ki jarurat hai ki 10rs se jayada jururu aur mehngi hai ek insaan ki life. aur parents ko to umraked honi chahiye.

Any one driving / riding a vehicle without a licence is a great offence ----no matter what his age is. Hence law should take its own course in this case and the offender should be given the maximum punishment stipulated in the law.

Our laws are outdated. See the case of the terrorist Kasab, the law stipulates that he too has the right to plead his case. In this case the parents should be booked for negligence. Had the senior citizen been the father of some police wallah or politician then this young chap would have committed suicide in the lock up under mysterious circumstances.

Yes ofcourse. the parents must be punished much harder than the minor culprits. It will force them to keep an eye on their children.
