To avoid STRESS a well balanced diet is crucial.
Diet plays most important role in preserving health and helping to reduce stress.
Such balanced diet is called destress diet.
Certain foods and drinks act as powerful stimulants to the body and hence are a direct cause of stress. This stimulation, although quite pleasurable in the short term, may be quite harmful in the long run. We will look at a few of them:

The best thing you can do, is know your cycle length. ie.. if it is 28 days, it will always be 13-14 days before that number so... around day 13 or 14..more
